Step 1: Reception Desk – Information Guidance and Registration
Upon arrival at the hospital, the reception staff will guide and assist you in completing the initial registration procedures. After that, you will be directed to the Information Counter on Level 2, Building A, where you will fill out a survey form tailored to your healthcare needs before meeting the doctor.
Step 2: Consultation Room – Medical Examination, Consultation, and Test Indication (if needed)
The doctor will ask about your current health condition and any issues you may be experiencing. Based on this, the doctor will provide an initial consultation and may recommend certain tests if necessary.
Step 3: Payment Counter – Settle Fees for Indicated Tests
Proceed to the payment counter to settle the costs of the tests prescribed by the doctor.
Step 4: Functional Departments – Perform Tests and Imaging as Indicated
You will then follow the assigned procedures such as lab tests, imaging, etc., at the designated functional departments with guidance from medical staff.
Step 5: Consultation Room – Receive Results and Professional Advice
Once test results are available, return to the original consultation room. The doctor will review your results, provide a detailed explanation, and recommend the most suitable treatment plan.
